Q: Is there a way to check your MIPS score quarterly to see how you’re doing if you’re submitting via claims?

Q: How does a PT/OT private practice meet the PI measures? Most EHR’s in this space are not CEHRT certified across the board. To be fully CEHRT certified there are a lot of standards that a private practice will not perform. Will it be good enough to use an EHR that meets the base measures for PI?
Q: If you submit 1/2 of the year via claims and switch to a registry mid-year, how will your score be calculated if submitting via an individual NPI?
